Anthony Ciccone (B.Comm, CHFC) – President

Anthony began his career as an investment and insurance advisor in 1986, after a chance encounter sparked an interest in the industry. This interest became a passion, and by 1990, Anthony was heading up his own company, The Ciccone Group. Over the years, Anthony has solidified his reputation as a leader in his field, with a personal and professional mandate to build long term trusted relationships with clients, based upon sound advice.

In 2004, Anthony formed Ciccone / McKay Financial Group with his now retired partner, Gerry McKay. Building upon the success and growth of Ciccone McKay, and realizing a need existed within the industry, Anthony expanded his company in 2010 to include a subsidiary firm specializing in employee benefits, the Immix Group.

A lifelong resident of Vancouver, Anthony and his family are active participants in the community. Anthony sits on the board of directors for the Michael Cuccione Foundation, the Lovison Family Memorial Scholarship and has been a member of the Vancouver Golf Club for over 15 years.

Lindsay Davis (B.A., B.Ed, CFP) – VP, Employee Benefits

Lindsay Davis (B.A., B.Ed, CFP) – Vice President

Lindsay began her career with Ciccone McKay Financial Group in 2004, as an advisor in the insurance and investment planning industry. At the Immix Group, Lindsay’s focus is on partnering with business owners, CFOs and Human Resource personnel to design, implement and manage cost effective, comprehensive benefit programs.

Working with companies of all sizes in a variety of industries, Lindsay helps our clients to find a balance between the needs of the employees and the financial considerations of the business.


Lindsay graduated from UBC in 2003. She is licensed by the Insurance Council of BC and through the Financial Planners Standards Council of Canada as a Certified Financial Planner.

Katie Wray (B Comm., GBA) – Employee Benefits Coordinator

Katie Wray (B.Comm., GBA) –Account Executive

Katie graduated from UVic with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 2006. Katie joined the Ciccone/ McKay team in 2009 as a client service representative and marketing assistant and soon after transitioned to the Employee Benefits side of the company.

At the Immix Group, Katie works closely with Lindsay, with a focus on providing service support and assistance to our group benefits plan administrators and plan members.

Katie obtained her Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation from Dalhousie University in 2014 and is licensed by the Insurance Council of BC.

Peter Howard-Jones Insurance and Investment Advisor

Peter Howard-Jones – Insurance and Investment Advisor

Peter Howard-Jones began his career with Manulife Financial in 1973, shortly after immigrating to Vancouver from London, England. In 1994, he founded Howard-Jones Insurance Services Inc, a full service financial services organization.
Today, Peter works with both personal and corporate clients to help them obtain their financial goals. His primary focus is on business owners and senior executives, providing them with estate planning and retirement income planning. In addition to this, Peter manages a large corporate clientele of employee benefit plans. Peter is dedicated to providing exceptional service to his clients, and has earned the recognition of the his industry peers.

He is a Life and Qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table, with Top of the Table and Court of the Table Membership, a member of Advocis, as well as the recipient of the National Quality Award each year since 1974. He is a recognized Five Star Master Builder with Manulife Financial.


In 2008, Peter joined forces with the Immix Group in order to provide his group benefits clients with comprehensive, ongoing service.

Howard Cheung, BBA Account Executive

Howard began working in the insurance industry in 2006, specializing in the group benefits industry with small to medium businesses. He understands the intricacies of group benefits and believes the key to providing healthy sustainable benefits is explaining the inner workings of a plan not only to HR/CFO/CEOs, but to members as well. His mission is to help shift valuable time from his clients, and to spend time educating members about benefits, so his clients can focus on their business.

Working closely with the team at Immix, Howard works with business owners, CFOs and HR personnel to implement and manage cost effective and customized benefit programs for organizations of all sizes and growth stages.

Howard is an alumni of SFU specializing in marketing and finance. As an avid photographer and fitness geek, he frequently hikes the North Shore mountains to capture the beauty of Vancouver while getting a good workout. Howard is licensed by the insurance council of BC.

Kelly Alexander Group Benefits

Kelly Alexander – Group Benefits

Kelly has recently joined the Immix Group team as an Account Executive after holding various positions within the insurance industry over the past 16 years. Kelly has worked with many key players in the industry and has an in depth knowledge of group benefit plans for organizations of all sizes. At the Immix Group, Kelly will be working closely with Lindsay and Katie. Her primary focus will be on growing the business and working with inforce clients to ensure their benefit plans meet their current needs.

Kelly obtained her Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation from Dalhousie University in 2009. Kelly has also completed several Financial Management Courses through BCIT and is actively working on becoming licensed by the Insurance Council of BC. In her spare time Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys living an active lifestyle that involves hiking, soccer and any type of water sport.

Andrea Burton – Insurance Coordinator

Andrea joined Immix Group in 2014 as a marketing assistant after several years working in residential real estate. She brings to our team her experience interacting closely with clients, and ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their financial decisions.

Andrea’s primary roles are client servicing, communication with suppliers, and ensuring the smooth operations of our office. Currently, Andrea is working on completing the Life License Qualification Program and obtaining her license through the Insurance Council of BC.
