President
Anthony Ciccone is a Chartered Financial Consultant (CHFC), business advisor and successful entrepreneur who since 1985 has honed his craft to become a leading estate and financial planning expert. His advice and expertise have been sought throughout Canada by a very diversified client base, which is primarily made up of well-established family-owned businesses and middle, upper income, and high net worth individuals.
Anthony started his career in 1985 with Imperial Life Financial and progressed through the years with an associate stint at Manulife Financial before venturing out to form his own financial services firm in 1990. In 2003, Anthony joined forces with long time friend and mentor Gerry McKay, to create their own financial services company, Ciccone McKay Financial Group. Building upon the success and growth of Ciccone McKay, and realizing a need existed within the industry, Anthony expanded his company in 2010 to include a subsidiary firm specializing in employee benefits, the Immix Group. Most recently, Anthony has expanded his group of companies to include Ciccone McKay Private Wealth, a firm dedicated to institutional calibre investment management.
This business model has proven to be the perfect fit for Anthony and his clients. The departmentalized yet collaborative structure at the Ciccone McKay Group of Companies has given Anthony the opportunity to focus on his specialized practice of estate and succession planning, as well as providing a valuable resource to his clients by making available qualified in-house technical personnel and advisory partners such as tax accountants, tax lawyers and other private investment and risk management experts.
A lifelong resident of Vancouver and an active member of the Italian community, Anthony and his team are great believers in giving back. He was the founder and chairman of the Sergio Lovison Foundation, a charity foundation that donates university scholarships to local high school kids. In addition to this work, Anthony served for many years as a board member of the Michael Cuccione Foundation, an organization that is dedicated to raising funds for Childhood Cancer Research, and he remains an enthusiastic supporter. An avid golfer, Anthony is a member of Shaughnessy Golf and Country Club.
Vice President
Lindsay began her career with Ciccone McKay Financial Group in 2004, as an advisor in the insurance and investment planning industry. As Vice President of both Ciccone McKay Financial Group and the Immix Group, Lindsay oversees the operations of both companies. At the Immix Group, Lindsay’s focus is on partnering with business owners, leadership teams and human resource personnel to design, implement and manage cost effective, comprehensive benefit programs. Working with companies of all sizes in a variety of industries, Lindsay helps our clients to find a balance between the needs of the employees and the financial considerations of the business. Lindsay loves tackling problems, organizing projects and collaborating with the team.
Lindsay graduated from UBC in 2003. She is licensed by the Insurance Council of BC and through the Financial Planners Standards Council of Canada as a Certified Financial Planner. Lindsay is on the organizing committee for 100 Women Who Care Vancouver, a local giving concept charity group, and is co-founder of a women’s industry networking group, the OGIC. Now living in Port Moody with her husband, two young children and large dog, Lindsay and her family enjoy the mountains, trails and lakes surrounding their home.
Account Executive
After graduating from SFU Business in 2006, Howard began working in the insurance industry as a licensed insurance advisor specializing in Employee Benefits & Wellness. He works closely with SMB owners, controllers, accountants, CFOs and HR personnel to strategize, propose, implement and maintain customized group health and dental benefits, flex benefits, wellness and retirement solutions. Howard enjoys working directly with plan members in group settings as the benefits partner and educator for the organization.
He emphasizes transparency, cost sustainability, and employee empowerment with the ultimate goal of fostering happy, healthy and productive workplaces. Howard enjoys living in Vancouver with his family due to the multicultural diversity, awesome food and easy access to mountain/water activities. When he’s not working, he spends time with his trilingual Japanese/Chinese/English speaking your daughter and tries to figure out an optimal means of communication.
Account Executive
Kelly joined the Immix Group team in 2017 as an Account Executive after holding various positions within the insurance industry over the past two decades. Kelly was born and raised in BC and enjoys spending her spare time with family and friends. She enjoys living an active lifestyle that includes getting out in nature, dragon boating and high adrenaline activities.
Kelly obtained her Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation from Dalhousie University in 2009. Kelly has also completed several Financial Management Courses through BCIT and is licensed by the Insurance Council of BC. Kelly has worked with many key players in the industry and has an in-depth knowledge of group benefit plans for organizations of all sizes, including large union programs. At the Immix Group, her primary focus is working directly with clients to implement and manage their benefit programs on an ongoing basis.
Coordinator
Andrea joined Ciccone McKay Financial Group in 2014 as a marketing assistant after several years working in residential real estate. She completed her undergraduate studies at Capilano University and is licensed through the Insurance Council of British Columbia.
In 2017, Andrea made a move over to Ciccone McKay’s sister company, the Immix Group, taking on a new role as Employee Benefits Coordinator. Andrea’s focus is on providing service support and assistance to our group benefits plan administrators and plan members. Andrea works closely with our clients on a daily basis and is well-versed in all areas of employee benefits.
Born and raised in the lower mainland, Andrea enjoys everything our province has to offer: camping on the Sunshine Coast, beach volleyball at Spanish Banks, and snowboarding or hiking in the local mountains.
Group Benefits Service Administrator
As a Group Benefits Service Administrator at the Immix Group, Hélène Janody serves as the primary contact for client service support. Passionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences, Hélène is always eager to assist and welcomes client inquiries with enthusiasm.
Hélène's journey began in 2010 when she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Dijon University in France. During her studies, she interned at the renowned multinational investment bank Société Générale, where she also pursued a Bank and Insurance Licence. Her adventure took her across the globe to Vancouver, where she became licensed with the Insurance Council of BC in 2016 and earned her Canadian Securities Certification from the Canadian Securities Institute in 2021.
In early 2024, Hélène transitioned from her position at Ciccone McKay Financial Group, our sister company, where she had been an Insurance and Investment Coordinator since 2017, to leverage her skills in a new capacity at the Immix Group.
Fluent in both English and French, Hélène is an avid adventurer who finds joy in hiking, skiing, running, cycling, and soaking in all the natural beauty the world has to offer.
Marketing Project Lead
A UBC alumna, Hanna holds a bachelor's degree in business management with a minor in psychology, offering a unique blend of analytical and creative skills to her role.
Since joining the Immix Group in April 2023, Hanna manages projects from inception to completion, working cross-functionally with various departments to foster a collaborative and innovative approach. Specializing in project management, marketing, and client relations, with a focus on strategy and brand development, Hanna oversees client communications, campaigns, marketing materials, website development, and social media channels.
Outside of work, Hanna enjoys staying active, playing sports, and exploring the beautiful outdoors of the North Shore. Committed to lifelong learning, Hanna enjoys staying up to date with the latest trends and emerging innovations across diverse industries.”
